Wonderful waist trainer, but the burning gel does just that. It burns significantly. My abdominal area was red and on fire. This was before working out. It continued to get increasingly hotter. Very uncomfortable and caused nausea. I went to the gym and walked quickly and inconspicuously to the restroom to take it off and wash my tummy. I’ll need to wash the trainer and remove the traces of the gel. You could try a dab in a small area of your abdominal to see the effect you’ll have. I wouldn’t go and just slather it all over till you know for sure. I learned the hard way. But, you don’t need the gel. The waist trainer works well enough on its own.

After finishing one week on the Nutrisystem, where you are not allowed to do any strenuous exercise for the first week, I started using this belt while jogging by a park near my house. First, I like the phone compartment where you can also slide a small key. Second, the cream does make you sweat more. Not sure of the effect on my weight loss it will have, but I can use any help I can get. The belt is not bulky and stays in place. I usually wear a shirt over it and it does not pull and is not visible when I wear it.

Never write reviews but I was so happy with this purchase. Made me sweat like crazy and the burn gel that came with it provided crazy heat but didn’t irritate my skin. I got an M, I weigh 126 and it fit me perfect. A small would have been to little but it said to size up. It stayed in place as I did my squats and deadlifts without bothering me.

One of my friends advised me to try this to increase intensity of fat burn.Now I use this daily while I do some cardio. I could see the difference after using it for one week.. wasit line had reduced more compared to the week when belt was not used.The grip is excellent and strong velcro holds it tight around the belly and abdomen but feels comfortable.The amount is sweat that comes out from the most fatiest area is high now.My wife is asking me to buy one for her.

I like that the belt seems to be made of very durable material. Everything the seller stated about the belt is as advertised. I have only had it a three days but I have been wearing it throughout the waking hours. Yes; I would recommend to a friend that they purchase the belt.

Have used this for about a week. Although, I do not see a difference in my belly "flattening" yet, I do notice a small change. It does make me sweat, a lot. I haven't tried application the cream that came with it. Sinceinhabe noticed a small change in my belly I will continue to wear it, I mean it has only been a week. I love the fact that it comes in different sizes. I purchased a different brand and had to return it because it way to big (it was one size "fits" all). I had to wrap it multiple times around and I did not like that. I only wrap this around once. Plus it has a little pocket to hold keys, phone or money.

The band is good for what you pay. Only downfall, is even following proper care to maintain it.. it literally tore while wearing on the inside of the belt. It does not offer lower back support, and will make you look a little bigger since it's an extra layer. You will sweat even without the gel. I ordered more and use it maybe two or three times a week. I wear the belt daily while I work. I work for UPS, so that should tell you. I clean it when I get home and let it air dry all day and night until work at 4am. Lol I would love to order again, but I might spend the extra money for a belt that will last a little longer.

I understand why they have a screaming face on the gel, it’s BURNS! Like the moment I first tried it I felt the effects and I put the sweat belt on and I was already sweating.
