They are imported. That said because some people don’t read details & leave negative reviews. The utensils are great! My mom had these when I went to visit. My sister loved them so much her husband ordered her some as well. Then we visited mom & my daughters & I loved moms set so much that my father offered to order us each a set. Then I realized he bought a less expensive & much cheaper feeling thick wooden set arrived. I had to ask my sister which ones she ordered. I returned the thick cheaper wooden set & got these. If you want a thick cheaper set don’t get this nicer thinner handcrafted set. These are beautiful & don’t do damage to pans while cooking & are easy to hand wash & I do not think there is any varnish as someone else stated. Wood cutting boards & utensils need just a wipe of food grade mineral oil when they dry out. These are beautiful & functional .

The utensils are beautiful and all wood, no rubber on the handles which is what I prefer. I am especially pleased with the soup ladle. It is completely smooth on the inside and it reasonably sized (not too shallow). Additionally, I am very pleased with customer service. One of my utensils arrived with a small chip on the edge. Customer service took care of me immediately.

I bought these to replace my unhealthy plastic utensils. They are great looking and excellent quality.

I love wooden utensils!! But these have shown me the error of my thoughts because these are without a doubt the most WONDERFUL and BEAUTIFUL wooden utensils EVER!! I open the box and I was amazed at how beautiful they are. I rubbed some oil on them and it brought out the beautiful colors even more. THEN... I used them. All I can say is WOW!! They are sturdy, durable, so easy to clean and they simply feel wonderful in my hands. My husband was even amazed at these. I was so impressed by these I bought two more sets. If for my daughter and one for my son... Maybe. I might keep them myself!! Try them. I believe you'll be amazed too! I'm tossing out all my other wooden utensils.

These are beautiful, they work great too. The love the depth of the spoons, I just wish they had one for stirring/mixing and not all for scooping. They are all scooped so you still need one for mixing. But great quality. Remember to not let them sit in water or high acidity type foods or they may stain.

I am very glad I purchased this set. The utensil has beautiful finishing color and smooth. Some people might like heavy utensil, but I prefer light ones. It is light and it also does the job. So far I tried Wok Turner and Flat Spatula. I can turn the pancakes without any issues. The flat spatula is very thin, so it is easier to use than the plastic one I have. About the wok turner, I love the most because I used it all the time. I have a very heavy cast iron wok that can reach very high temperature. I basically have to use two hands to lift it. Having this wok turner, not only I can turn the food very easily but also I can scoop the food out without lifting the wok. It is exactly what I want! The utensil did not scratch my wok and did not turn brown because of the high temperature either. After first time wash and dry completely for a day, then oil them and let it outside for a day also before you use them. Follow the care instruction as provided , I believe it will last long time.

Quality hardwood. Well designed. Well made. Not too big. Not too small. Well finished. I use one or more pieces from the set on almost a daily basis. They clean up easily with a paste of dish soap and baking soda. Rinse well. Hand dry with a clean kitchen towel. Let air dry fully before putting away. I stand mine in a croc so that they are easily accessible.
