UPDATE: This stuff is wonderful. My 'output' (both 1&2) has increased a lot, and I discovered my transition time is a little over 24 hours, which will probably improve as I increase to the full daily dose. Within several days I realized I was sleeping better, the chronic fatigue and overall body pain and itch had greatly diminished, inflammation was down. My appetite is improved, I actually crave healthy food, the food tastes better and I am able to recognize and stop eating when I'm full. My energy is at a much more normal level and I'm sure it will increase as my body continues to cleanse/detox and balance itself out.Initial post of May 19: Just took my first dose! Woot woot! Come on out you squirmy little bugs! Usually I research a products ingredients before I buy but this time I didn’t until I received my bottle in the mail. At first I was disappointed when I read on the label to consult my doctor if I take medications and/or have high blood pressure. But as I researched each item on the list I got very excited realizing that this product was not only going to do my body good as a cleanse/detoxifier but it also sounds like a Godsend for my ongoing best health. I am already convinced to take this every day from here on out, and actually, while waiting for my package to arrive, I watched YouTube videos of their other products that are geared towards certain health focuses and I’ll look into those more too. Maybe I’ll be able to stop taking my blood pressure meds for this natural remedy – I do still need to talk to my doctor asap though since this product has quite a few ingredients geared towards assisting with blood pressure. Whew, so ready to change what’s been my unhealthy health norm. I might post again once this stuff kicks in, I guess in about two weeks.

I received this and took it that day. Although, it required 4 to 6 capsules (2x a day); I know my body, so I took 4 capsules after dinner. It works perfect. Its full of fiber and herbs which the body needs for cleansing. I highly recommend this product, just for an every day use of cleansing the body. I also take the Mucus Buster that eliminate the unnecessary mucus out of your body along with this AIM Herbal Fiberblend Capsules. And yes, this is my first time ever to try it and it works perfect. I think taking this every other day would be fine for me.

This stuff taste horrible but it works! I have been using it for 30 years… Every time I try something different I go back to herbal fiber blend… Not gonna lie though… It taste terrible. Other than that I would give it five stars, after all how can you make herbs and twigs taste good? LOL

I love AIM Herbal Fiberblend powder, it has helped my digestive health tremendously. I decided to try the capsules for the convenience of not having to mix the powder with a drink. I had to drink a ton of water just to swallow 6 capsules and I don’t have problems taking vitamins or any other pills. I didn’t get the same results with the pills as I did with the powder so I had to open the capsules and put them in a drink. For me, the powder works best but you won’t be at a total loss if you try the capsules because you can open them and add to a drink if you have problems swallowing them.

This is a wonderful product, and I’ve been using it for almost a year.It is the best, even my Natural-path doctor approved of its quality, and she’s picky.It’s an essential product for me.I take 3-4 a day. And eat veggies.Great seller.

This is a very good product! I've been using it for many years, it works well, it's made out of natural ingredients. You must drink plenty of water during the day. Highly recommended!

Helps my elderly mom with her constipation when nothing else would (no OTC or prescribed products asside from extreme things like enemas). She likely has OIC from the opiate pain meds shes on due to chronic pain for the past 4 years. Is the only thing (so far) I have on montly subscription because it’s that helpful for her!
