The only thing I noticed on the frame was a round irregularity, which was not too noticeable, and not worth the hassle of exchanging. It's a great memorial for the loss of a dog.

Ordered this picture frame as a gift for my sister who just lost her dog. Its a very nice frame I really like it. I give 4 stars bc when I received it, it had 2 cracks in it. Im just going to super glue it and put the dogs name over the crack with stickers.
