Generation Green G2 Glass Bottle Cutter with a Free Greencrafts Wet Chalk Pen Random Color

So Amazon duplicated part of my shipment to two different states (part of my order was a gift) AND although this cutter was shipped twice neither one came with the chalk pen! As for the product itself? My first attempt was a minor failure with fissures but I didn't realize I had cut through a divot in the bottle (Kahlua). My second attempt on a wine bottle was near perfect and no need to use the tapping tool! I just got it this morning and already I want to drink more so I can play around with different size rings ;) I wish I could post a picture. Very satisfied with this but boo on amazon for assuring me they sorted out the shipping issue. Hopefully that'll be sorted out soon. I definitely recommend it!

Still working on perfection but it was easy to set up and use. I know I am pressing too hard (it says not too, so I keep practicing).I did not receive my free wet chalk marker though (2nd time amazon has missed an extra item included with purchase, not worth the hassle I got last time to get it fixed.)

I found this product easy to assemble and use. The instructions were clear and helped guide me away from mistakes that I would otherwise have made. Unfortunately I was not able to achieve the results I wanted in the project purchased this with for. With a hot/cold bath method for making the final separation I feel like there is just too much variability in result. I think this products does a good job under the circumstances though.

Maybe we just did not have the right environment or something about the way we were trying to use the glass cutter was wrong, but we were never successful to get this to work. We bought this with intention to turn our empty wine bottles into DIY crafts. We followed the instructions given and even googled how to use the product and was never able to get it to work correctly. The bottle would always end up cracking all the way down and would be unusable. I would not recommend this product unless you have a secret that we did not have access to.

It was very awkward to use and hard to learn to cut the bottles cleanly.
