THE "SMOKE" BOMB!
THIS IS LIQUID SMOKE!! None of that wimpy "mesquite, whiskey-infused, flower-smoke" stuff. This is the real deal. A couple of drops is all you need. Add the other flavorings to your dish if you want the whiskey, flower, mesquite stuff -- but start with this! I used up a whole bottle of some gourmet liquid smoke in just a couple of months. It was never smoky enough or had enough depth of flavor for me. Then I was out and kept forgetting to pick it up. Ran across this stuff on Amazon and was blown away at how little you need and how bold the flavor is. Just like the liquid smoke my mom used to use with an eye dropper. The kind you had to taste as a kid and then were very sorry you did and then had to get your little sister to taste just so you could see her cry. That is the kind of liquid smoke this is. No fluff, no flowers, just smoke. Mix it with soy sauce and maple syrup and you've got bacon smoke. This bottle will probably last years -- just like the same bottle liquid smoke my mom probably still has.

Good Stuff
As a fan of smoked food, I've always gotten my smokiness from cooking on a smoker. I'm addicted to smoked paprika and now this. This is my first time ever using liquid smoke. I just got an Instant Pot IP-DUO60 7-in-1 Multi-Functional Pressure Cooker, 6Qt/1000W and wanted to make Kalua Pork. In recipes I found anywhere from 1/2 tsp to 1 Tbsp of liquid smoke listed. Having never used liquid smoke before, I was unsure how much to use, but my gut said that 1 TBSP would be way too much. I was right. I added 1 tsp to 1 cup of water in my pressure cooker, along with 3.5 lb pork butt, 2 3/4 tsp Hawaiian Red Salt, and garlic. Cooked for 90 min on high pressure. It was so good. The amount of smokiness was just right. The flavor was definitely there, but not overwhelming. This liquid smoke has very nice smokey flavor. Give it a try.

Great smoke flavor and great smoke aroma. A true secret ingredient.
I purchased this recently and used it to make some smokey chipotle superbowl chili this past weekend. It was a hit, and I had several requests for the recipe. It added a really nice smokey hickory/mesquite flavor that didn't overpower. I started off conservatively and added through the cooking process. I used probably a little less than a teaspoon for 3 quarts worth of chili when all said and done.I may update my review as a make more stuff, but for now I can't wait to use it again!

Great Smokey flavor at a great price!
There isn’t much more I can add that hasn’t already been mentioned. This stuff is amazing. I was looking for that extra bit of flavor for my air fried chicken breast. I decided to give this a shot and man am I glad I did. It only takes 2-3 drops (the bottle has a restricted spout, so measurement is easy). My daily meals have been transformed. The taste/ smell isn’t overpowering at all and it works with all kinds of meats. Try it, you won’t regret it!

I'm back for more
What I like is it's flavor is the perfect smoke flavor, like you get with smoked salmon. I don't even want to experiment with anything else because it would represent risk for absolutely nothing. This stuff goes so far that trying something else out for the money would be silly. How to use:- It has a bottle that has a tiny hole in it, like the old perfume bottles, that you have to dump it back and forth to get droplets out of it, which is a very good thing because a tiny amount goes a long ways. Many products are made so you waste product so you have to buy more of it.- I tried adding it to the olive oil that I cook with, but what I found is it can pickup a burnt flavor with it, so I add it at the last minute while moving it over or through what you are cooking very well. Remember, when they smoke things, the product doesn't really get that hot.

Promising
I haven't used this too much yet, but from what I have used it's pretty good. It has a nice flavor and leaves a good smokey aftertaste. I will give this one more star once I use it more, I am planning on making BBQ sauce with it.I will not give this five stars, unfortunately, because when it came sent to me, it was covered in liquid smoke, as if it had either partially ruptured or wasn't cleaned prior to packaging. After washing it off it has remained cleaned, so I am inclined to assume the latter. However, that is trivial. This product comes with a "The Raw Food Retreat" Pamphlet, a copy of a handwritten letter from the company founder, and some Gopal's Sample Bites of Power Wrap Curry. While not necessary, it's a nice notion.

Vegan product for all sorts of dishes
Loved this product. I made "Game Changer Cheesy Sauce" which is an awesome no cheese, cheesy sauce for nachos,or whatever, and I needed this product to make the recipe. Loved the flavor, loved the smell, and I highly recommendthis product for those who are new or well seasoned at making awesome vegan dishes. The product was sent fast from the seller, no damage, and would definitely buy again.

Very nice flavor; great for standard beef jerky.
Very nice flavor; great for standard jerky. Pretty well concentrated; I used a couple teaspoons for a 2 lbs (pre-dehydration) batch.Arrived in a thick cover of bubble wrap, which having received broken goods in the mail before, I appreciated. Also came with two sample packets of monk fruit sweetener, which frankly, I'd never really considered trying before, but it's here so I'll give it a whirl.Only thing I don't love has nothing to do with the actual product and everything to do with me being fussy: The spelling error in the product listing almost had me pass by this one (folks, it's the name of your company).
