It was a little tough to get an infant to hold the fingers open but we did and it looks good, a great keepsake

I’m not sure what kind of “clay” this came with but it’s less workable than a child’s play-doh. My husband and I made a mess just trying to lay it out and get it flat enough to imprint our son’s baby foot. Fast forward to actually pressing his foot into it - not only did the imprint not look like a foot, it was so sticky, it was resistant to separating from his foot altogether. We tried again with plastic wrap over the clay and this made the footprint look like a small pothole on a road. No resemblance of his foot at all. We didn’t even bother to try his hand after it took me 15Min to wipe his foot clean.This product is a complete waste of money and I’m returning to get my money back.

I love this frame!! I love how it's like a foam type material because it doesn't crack like clay can. It is so easy to use and took me less than 15 minutes. This would be perfect for a baby shower gift because it's a keepsake mom/dad can cherish forever. I love this so much!Note: I recommend washing and drying babies hands and feet before using so the material doesn't get dirty as mentioned in another review

The frame itself is very nice, it has the 2 outer sections for the clay prints and the center for picture and hospital bracelet. I was very excited to get my premies prints memorialized.The clay was a little hard to work with. It stuck terribly to the plastic wrapping it came in. Getting it into the sections of the frame was a little difficult, mainly because rhe roller was useless. The clay sticks to the roller and the roller does not really flatten it well.I was able to get decent imprints of my babies hands and feet and was very excited for it to dry so I could hang the memento. Unfortunately, when it dried, it puffed up a bit, and all definition of the prints were lost. It's very disappointing.

Thought it would be a plaster type base. Seems like a rubbery/elastic base. But did workout fine.

The frame was large enough, which is great to include hand and foot. The foam was not good at all. Once imprint was done, it puffed back up and we lost the shape. This is a terrible product.

I tried to return this, but they gave it to me free so I decided to try it out. The directions need a magnifying glass and are not super clear. The product was sticky and would not roll out well. The material stuck to the roller they included and made a total mess. After two weeks of being in the top of a closet with good circulation, no light and low humidity, the material is still tacky on the backside despite being “dry” on the front. It was also hard to get off the mobile surface where we rolled it out and left it to dry for the two weeks.
