The product looks nice and is well packaged, unfortunately it died on the first use. I attempted to use it on a Surface Pro to transfer files from an SD card to an external hard drive. Shortly after plugging in the hard drive, the Lention unit stopped working. The light was on, but no one was home. Luckily I'd brought a spare SD card reader and managed to make something work. I would not rely on this device for anything critical and always have a spare.

Update 1/2019: the SD card slot no longer works....it was a good little device while it lasted...alas now it no longer works for what we need. That was not worth the $$$!!We ordered this when the SDHC card slot on our MacBook stopped working.Just plug it in and voila, ready to go.The color and design look sleek, every slot works well, it is useful when the card slots you have are just not enough anymore. Great little gadget, I'd buy i again.

I bought a compact camera that uses a micro SD disk. I couldn't figure out what port that it would fit in my PC and eventually I dropped it into the PC. When I tried to retrieve it, I destroyed the port. This device came in just a couple days and basically restored my PC to full operation. It's well-made and when I insert disks, they are immediately recognized by the main PC. My wife works from home so getting the PC fully operational was extremely important. All I needed was a USB port in the main PC of which I had (4) available so it was an easy fix. I recommend purchasing one of these if your computer is critical and you are having difficulty with the ports. I plan to mount it on a small shelf inside the computer hutch and above the tower.

I am using the USB Hub. On the whole it is working good. Unfortunately the card reader ports work once in a while, that is to say if I insert two memory cards both of them won't work, only 1 will work. Please solve the issue from your similar products, if it is otherwise...Secondly, the UBS ports do not grip the flash drives as tenaciously - to be honest they are little loose.I like the silver color of the Hub since it matches with my new MacBook pro and I also like the light inside the ports as they make it easy to insert the USBs, etc.The product is less expensive which pushed me to buy it. I can recommend the product to a friend on budget.Profuse thanks

I own 2 of these now and have been happy with them. Other 3.0 compatible brands i've tried before didn't allow a 3.0 signal to pass thru even when plugged into a 3.0 port. These work great. No more " this device will work better if plugged into a 3.0 port." errors. Would recommend and i will only buy their usb hubs....cause they work.

I got this mostly to use with my 2017 MacBook Air. The last MacBook that still has USB type A ports. So far I'm very pleased. The 3 type Aports are backlit, (pretty Cool if you ask me), and all work just as they should.

My teenage daughter has been looking for a way to transfer photos and videos from her SD cards to computers and other devices that don't have SD slots. This USB adaptor thingy is perfect and reasonably priced. She has been very satisfied using it.

Since Macbook Pros do not have docking stations, it can become unwieldy when you have numerous cords to plug in - mouse, keyboard, monitor, etc. and having to plug into both sides of the Mac. Now I plug my peripherals into the Lention and the Lention to my Mac. It looks sleek and has cleaned up my desk top.

Never buy this product doesn’t even work properly as my wireless mouse come on my screen but the usb connection is make my mouse always freeze

Ho comprato questo HUB perchè necessitavo di qualche porta USB in più e perchè principalmente si è rotto il lettore di schede. Ho un MacBook Pro (modello di Fine 2012) il modello con il lettore di dischi e solo 2 porte USB per intenderci, collego l'HUB e funziona benissimo.Notavo da circa una settimana che avevo dei rallentamenti della connessione internet e tutti gli altri dispositivi funzionavano normalmente... pensavo inizialmente ad un disservizio dovuto al traffico estivo. Proprio ora, poco prima di scrivere questa recensione, visto che continuavo a non capire perchè la rete fosse così lenta, ho pensato "Non è che ci sia qualcosa che mi crea interferenza tra il portatile e il modem?"Allora ho fatto una cosa impensabile: Ho scollegato l'HUB.All'improvviso tutto ciò che non stava caricando, comprese le pagine internet e la musica in streaming ha ripreso a funzionare e tutto ciò a scheggia, stento a crederci; Specifico: APPENA ho rimosso l'HUB, quindi immediatamente dopo averlo rimosso quindi non c'è stata alcuna latenza.Questa cosa nonla fa sempre, delle volte va e altre no.Com'è possibile che questo HUB interferisca con la scheda di rete del Computer?Queato HUb é molto comodo tutto sommato, ma bisognerebbe risolvere questo inconveniente.

El producto está bien, llevo usándolo unas semanas y bien, el único pero es que el cable es bastante rígido y es difícil que se acomode donde yo lo quiero, esa misma rigidez lo hace resistente.

Design esterno carino ma oggetto troppo leggero, il filo di connessione al pc tira il dispositivo non rimane appoggiato orizzontale come dovrebbe ma inclinato in obliquo.Inserendo il secondo hard- disk esterno il primo si sconnette come se fosse espulso nel modo scorretto.Porta micro sd non funzionante dopo 3 settimane.

Plutôt joli avec son aluminium gris sidéral, il s'accorde bien avec l'esthétique des Mac. C'est bien de toujours proposer une version USB A, ce que la plupart des concurrents semble avoir arrêté de produire. Dommage par contre pour la led bleue à l'intérieur des ports USB, c'est ni très joli ni très utile. J'ai des doutes sur la longévité du câble également, il faudra voir dans le temps.
