Update - Bokai Nobby quality is still there. The first pair I received were clearly an anomaly. Vendor sent e a replacement and the difference is astounding, and in a good way. This truly is -exactly what i was looking for. They fit well in my ear - this is the first brand where I can say the fit of true in-ear headphones (as opposed my neckband bluetooth from the same maker) is truly comfortable. This was true of the first set too - what is different this time is the sound quality. The bluetooth connection holds even 20 feet away behind a wall. and stays constant in volume and quality. This review truly is a 5-star for the product in terms of quality, but if I could add another star for Bokai Nobby excellent customer service I would.Original review: I've been searching forever, for in-ear buds that are a comfy fit in my ear and have great sound. So far, the only ones that were comfortable in-ear were ones that have a neck-piece with the hardware, and lightweight earbuds attached. I was thrilled to find that these fit well in my ears, with no extra weight to cause discomfort, and initially the sound was great. However, if I moved more than 2 feet from my phone, the sound quality diminished considerably, jumping in and out pr cutting out completely. I was happy to see that this specific problem was address in the written FAQ, but -none- of the suggestions helped. Thus I am still looking.. :-(

I have been a continuous customer of Bokai Nobby and have not been disappointed by their products. The Q30 follows suit with its older sibling devices like the Q9 and Q12 in that the quality is pretty damn good at this price point. Battery life is fantastic lasting up to 2-3 days with intermittent use. I also like that the charging port doesnt stick out of the controller part like it did in the Q12. The buttons on the controller portion are so much more well defined than the circular buttons on other brands, giving it a more polished look and feel. The only downside I’ve seen from the Q30 is that when you press and hold the play button to turn the device on and connect, there is no longer a “connecting” notification.Overall, I’d recommend this product for a good set of headphones for use with any Bluetooth capable device- especially good for the new trend of phones without headphone jacks!

I don’t write many reviews but these are so good I need to. Just got them today and I’m amazed but the sound and their ability to stay in my ears. I’ve jumped around with them and they stay in snug. As far as the sound (I was a professional musician for a number of years so this is very important to me) I would give them a 9/10. I will say this, picking the right size is super important. I started with the medium sized ones and they sounded okay but lacked some bass. I went with smaller ones and they sounded very twangy and lost all the bottom end. I then went with the extra large ones and there was way too much bass. The large ones ended being perfect for me sound wise and they stay in perfectly. Different ears require different sizes. Figure out which one is right for you.I highly recommend. Skip the über expensive brands and get these.

These are a huge upgrade from the previous version I had.They were packaged nicely with easy directions and a manual. I love the little case black leather case that was included. It is big enough to fit the headphones and some extra ear pieces. The headphones are magnetic which is an Intersting idea and come with a lot of extra ear tips,fins and side buckle and a clamp. It also comes with a USB charging cable.I have used these headphones for about a week and haven't had to charge them yet. They also connected easily to my phone. I can lift and run without them coming out and they seem to block out other sounds around you.I will see how these hold up but I would say these are definitely worth more than $20.

The sound quality is great, however when I place my iPod in my pocket at the gym the signal goes in and out. I will be returning these.Update: I will be returning the second pair I purchased, same issue as before. Fully charged, then after 20 minutes of use the sound quality became poor and they cut in and out.Update #2: The company sent me an upgraded version and they work extremely better than the original version I purchased.Update #3: This rating is not for the original earbuds I purchased, but for the replacement pair the company sent along with the customer service rep that was very helpful.

I enjoy the sound quality and ease of pairing that these offer but I am disappointed in the battery life of the ear buds. I can only get about 6 hours of continuous use before they need recharging. Maybe this is standard but it seems like a short span for me.Edit: After my previous review of the 30 series, the company has sent me a new pair of the 35 series and I'm pleased to say that I get a good solid 8+ hours of use. The sound quality is very good and they do very well at blocking out the surrounding noise. I would recommend these for most people and am pleased to have had such great customer service.

Updated. Sound Peets responded to my poor review and asked if they could send a new pair even though I missed the standard return deadline. I am happy to say that the new pair works perfectly and I am very pleased with the replacement. Thanks for the great customer service!It consistently fails to connect to my iPhone more often that not. Unfortunately I missed the return window by a few days so now stuck with it. Had high hopes given other positive reviews but failed to perform consistently! I would be very cautious in buying this...and pay attention to the return window time frame.
