WRONG ITEM SENT
Originally they had sent the incorrect product. The picture didn't match what was delivered. At the end I had to drive to the manufacture 60 miles to pick up a refurbished printer. The printer started having issues, the continues thank holes leaked. Them we had issues with the printhead going bad withing 4 months, that same week before the printhead arriving, the printed completely stopped working. NO POWER AT ALL!!! We will never order from NEXCOPY!
