Stainless steel kettle with aluminum bottom
This is a replacement of a pot I had previously. It’s of great quality & cleans up beautifully. It’s a perfect size & the pot I use the most often.

Best pans I’ve owned
This was my first experience owning stainless steel pans, and I made a significant mistake by utilizing a plastic spatula while cooking eggs. Fortunately, we were able to restore the pans to their original condition by scrubbing them with metal scrubbers, which required some effort. Every dish we have prepared using these pans has turned out exceptionally well, they are easy to clean, 100% scratch resistant, and while food occasionally sticks, this is a common occurrence. I highly recommend these pans and suggest purchasing metal utensils to complement them.

Not high grade stainless steel.
I'm very pleased with the two pans, but as I figured by the price it wasn't going to be high quality stainless steel and I was right. Didn't even come close to the magnet test. High grade stainless steel a magnet will not stick to it. Mid grade stainless steel a magnet will hold so so. Low grade it holds on well. the lower the grade of stainlesssteel. The better a magnet will hold. The magnet I used was a low grade magnet that holds a photo on my refrigerator. Not a strong magnet at all. It stuck nicely onto both pans. I have to say. I do love Farberware products. I grew up using them. My mom and dad received a complete set of Farberware as a wedding gift. That was in 1956. My mom still has that complete set and she still uses them everyday. A life time of use and they still look great. One cam ask for more than that. A magnet will not stick them either. I bought a complaint set of Farberware when I moved out on my own back in 1979. I still have my set. Some thing, amagnet will not stick to them. The reason I bought these 2 pans. I bought them because my original set didn't include these size pans. I have been using non stick pans for decades. I'm tried of them only lasting a short time and wanted to go back to using stainless steel pans. So I bought this set. Being low stainless steel, they still clean up easily and cook evenly. In my opinion they're very nice pans at a great price. I hope this helps. A good quality stainless steel pan is going to cost a lot more.

Would be perfect if it had dual pour spouts and more than perfect if there was an available lid.
I love the quality and sturdiness of all my Farberware pots and pans, and this one is no exception. It is superbly balanced so sits evenly on burner and is not easily knocked over. The handle is just the right length, comfortable, and stays cool. The size is perfect for warming butter; melting chocolate, caramel, or marshmallow; heating up a can of soup or small amount of left overs.Yet with all of these positives, I do have one gripe - I wish it had pour spouts on both sides. Turns out this inconvenience is enough for me to only give this wonderful pan 4 stars. While I knew it only had a single spout when I purchased it, I did not realize how much more convenient it would be to have a spout on the other side, too. After using the pan a few times, I realized that I often pour with my left hand while using my right hand to scrape the inside with a spatula. While I can still do this without the spout as I would with any pan, the contents tend to drip down the the side. I'm sure there are also many left-handed people who would appreciate an additional pour spout as well.Lastly, if Farberware were to change to dual spouts and also offered a lid for this pan, even if it was only optional for an additional cost, it would elevate this little guy to to more than perfect!

Nice little pot!
I’ve stopped boiling water in the microwave and this little pot is perfect for when I want a quick cup of tea or bowl of oatmeal. The design is very pretty yet durable. Water boils really fast. Not very big but it’s perfect for that cup of tea or bowl of oatmeal. I think it would probably be amazing for fondue!

Perfect set, great price
No flaws, perfect in every way. Only thing I need a a large sautee pan which I ordered today. I can now throw out my subpar Paula Deen and Rachel Ray cookware

Nice heavy bottomed pot
Big enough for stock pot but thick bottom keeps from burning food. Beautiful pot too.
