Gains? Nah, just Pains
Worst shaker bottle I have ever owned. I hate how my mouth feels on its hole. The worst hole I've ever put my mouth on. I can't get liquid out. It's just stuck, no room for air flow. Also, hope you didn't lift too hard, because it takes about 118 lbs of pressure to close the lid. Learned that the hard way. SEVEN TIMES BEFORE I THREW IT AWAY! Oh and the shaker ball thing kinda flops around and gets sticky protein shake everywhere. Great idea. You should take the big black rod out from inside of it. We're all suffering.

Very good water bottle and would recommend it to anybody! I would buy it again if this one broke, and I definitely put a lot of wear and tear on it.
