While this didn't significantly impact their usability, it was a bit disappointing considering the usual quality I associate with Kate Spade and the amount I paid for them. I managed to adjust them without much trouble, but it's something to keep in mind. Overall, despite this minor flaw, I'm very happy with my purchase. These studs are a beautiful addition to my jewelry collection, and I get compliments every time I wear them!
