These plugs are brilliant, so so easy to set up. Unfortunately 1 was faulty so after 1 email to the supplier 2 new ones are being sent to me, cant get any better than that. Will certainly update this review when i receive the replacement. Now back to the plugs, make sure you plug them in to charge sufficient before setting any timer just follow the easy instructions and away you go, dead easy, cant understand why other reviews say they are difficult !! Once again top Mark's for customer service!Review update, I've received replacement timer plugs both working perfectly. Would certainly recommend this supplier their attitude and service is brilliant!!

After working very well for 3 -6 months both units have stopped working. Despite resetting the units and also allowing the battery to discharge and be recharged neither unit will now function as a timer.Who should I contact for a refund?

I initially had a problem charging the battery, even after several hours of charging then pressing the reset button to reboot nothing happened until I prodded the button from different angles & the timer screen turned on. The instructions are clear & easy to follow. Setting the clock & the timer is much easier than my old digital timers thanks to the excellent large screen & good sized buttons. A bright blue light comes on when the 'AUTO' setting switches to 'ON' mode so it's easy to see when an appliance has switched on. So far so good, the timer works perfectly.

I bought a pair of these not quite believing the price (£4.50p each) and the power socket I was getting (the image showed European).They arrived quickly, with UK sockets, and are very easy to set up. My only regret is that I didn't order two sets as the price has become £49.99 and they are out of stock! Hopefully they'll reappear at the old price soon.

An excellent and trustworthy product which is easy to use.

Easy to set up, works well... But the blue led when on is very very bright. I have covered with cardboard & a plaster and it still comes through. If you plan on using while sleeping it is very annoying.

Just couldn't get them to work

Easy to set up. Clear easily visible screen and a blue power light to be sure all is well. Clear instructions (although print could be larger. A4 rather than A5 would help) Tool a great inclusion as one doesn’t always have everything to hand. One small blip on one machine but reset it and all seems fine now. Very happy with purchase and would recommend.
