These are perfect if you want to avoid a huge ugly equipment mat. They are heavy duty and support our Pro-form stationery bike while protecting our hardwood floors. They don’t slide around on the floor when we use the bike. My favorite thing is they almost invisible under the bike. The only reason for deducting one star was the strong chemical smell when I opened the plastic pouch. I had to let them off gas for a few days to let the odor disappear before we installed them.

This product deserves more than 5 stars. I live on the top floor in my apartment and I’m always careful not to make noises intentionally on my neighbors below me. Now with these treadmill pads I can use my walking pad and vibration plate on my carpet at anytime of day or night. No meed for a bulky mat. Thank you very much for this product.

Worked as expected! Keeps the treadmill quiet upstairs and no noise downstairs. You might need to double or triple the mats to meet your needs.

These might work for your application. I tried using these for my stationary bicycle and they just introduce too much movement while trying to ride. I will try to find another use for them, they seem to be a decent quality material.

I have a rubber mat under my treadmill to protect the wood floor. However, I have had issues with the treadmill making a loud knocking noise when the treadmill inclines or declines. After researching this, I found that the noise can be corrected by placing some type of rubber or foam padding under the back legs. I used these foam pads for the back legs, and I'm happy to report that it almost completely corrected the problem! There is still a light noise when the treadmill goes to a maximum incline, however 90% of the noise is gone. These are good quality and supportive foam, and the perfect size for what I need.

I used this to help me raise the legs of furniture. I have very uneven floors in my basement, and these allowed me to provide a stable base to ensure everything is level.
