Doctor's Best Astaxathin
I started using Doctor's Best Astaxanthin last winter (2015) and all thru the winter season and did not have one single cold. I had had my flu shot and 1st pneumonia shot. I do believe that taking the Astaxanthin played a mojor role in my not getting a cold and chest congestion during that time. I am going to keep it up this coming winter (I am taking it now, too). Winter of 2014, I had 3 horrible colds and was on antibiotics 4 times,and had to make one emergency room visit, too, for a breathing treatment. So, this product was a major contributor of my not getting a cold last winter. I highly recommend the product. Aside from the internal benefits, my skin's appearance improved, too. I do love this product. Doctor's Best products are very good and very reasonably priced.

Can I say for sure this is doing anything? No, but neither do I know if the fish oil or lutein I take helps. But, I keep buying and taking it as the available info on this product says it should help in a number of ways...antioxidant, anti-inflamatory, sun protection, etc., all good things. There is even Japanese research that showed it shrank tumors in rats. So, I figure that it doesn't hurt and it may very well help...a lot, so it is worth taking every day to possibly protect against the alternatives.

Helped with eyesight
Quick review. I am forty five years old and have never needed glasses , all my life. Last year my eyesight was getting blurry, specially at night. I took this for a couple of months and my eyesight went back to normal. It also helps if you do cardio after taking it with a pre workout meal since the increased circulation will help deliver the mineral through the blood. I hope it works for everyone. Good luck

The product is just amazing i have visible results in 2 weeks the skin elasticity is improved It helped me to remove my pigmentation problems too 😀.also the effects are getting visible slowly slowly that is amazing. Im a 19 years old boy lives in collage hostels that is why im talking astaxanthin otherwise there is no need to take this product. My final verdict - yes its definitely works 💪 Thanks astaxanthin 🤗
