Did not fit GTI MK6 without modifications
Looks like it fits and good replacement but not around the throttle body....had to grind down a bit....

Perfect fit, vital upgrade
Bought a used 2011 Tiguan a few months ago, which started leaking coolant. Replaced the leaky oem plastic water pump with an aluminum one, and noticed that several of the plastic coolant pipes also needed to be replaced.This metal part replaced the inferior plastic oem lines that had age cracks and would surely have failed soon.

Great replacement from OEM part.
This 5 part coolant pipe connector is an awesome replacement from the hard plastic ones because it's metal. The OEM part was a hard plastic but it cracks if u are doing work and accidental crack it from moving it around to get to another part.

Recommended upgrade
Would highly recommend this metal upgrade to the OEM hard plastic. (2013 VW GTI)Everyone knows plastic gets brittle over time, and being subjected to thousands of heat cycles as well.

A+ replacement for OEM hose
As part of another repair I pushed the OEM bracket a bit and it snapped right off. Installation of the part itself is super easy, but getting the lower clamps off the hoses is difficult - highly recommend to get extended reach hose clamp pliers for that.
