This mix is fantastic...healthy ingredients and can be made as a vegan option,,,,they are delicious!

These almond flour pancakes are delicious. As a diabetic it can be difficult finding food like pancakes that meet the 45 gram total limit for breakfast. I can have 3 of these 4 inch pancakes for 22 carbs. Then also have diet syrup, 2 scrambled eggs, and 2 slices bacon for a total of around 39 grams of carbs: way under the 45 grams allowed. The favorite day brand of diet syrup from Target is delicious and doesn’t leave an aftertaste. The pancakes cook quickly so don’t use high heat. It’s not like regular pancakes that bubble up so you know when to flip them over. You will need to keep a watchful eye on the pancakes so they don’t burn.

This pancake mix is great.I really like that it is gluten free and that it is made with healthy ingredients.I like that it is easy to make.This mix tends to be thin so my first batch of pancakes came out small and thin but delicious.I like the pancakes a little thicker, so I will adjust the liquid next time.I really like the texture and pumpkin flavor of the pancakes. They taste delicious.I am pleased with this pancake mix.

My reason for purchasing this is because this company of the clean ingredients that they use. It also does taste like it's gluten free either which is really nice. Whether you're making pancakes or waffles, the result is always delicious, with a crisp exterior and a moist interior. This mix is incredibly easy to use, requiring just a few simple ingredients—eggs, water, and oil to create the batter. You can also use the mix as a base for muffins or cake. My only complaint is because it is SO expensive. I just wish that eating cleaner could be more affordable.

I absolutely love this mix! I’ve never made pancakes but I regularly make waffles with a mini waffle maker (4” waffles). You absolutely get 20 - 4” waffles from this box and this batter is pretty forgiving. I’ve had problems with equipment that has totally altered the batter and still got perfectly edible waffles. So if you feel the need to thin out the batter, you can definitely do that and still have success. I’ve added cacao nibs, collagen powder, protein powder, banana powder (ground up freeze dried bananas) at various times and again, not had any issues with my waffles turning out. I’m definitely going to try other fruits or go savory! Also, they make your house smell so good while making them!Lastly, I think the texture is perfect. But I mix it up in a small blender, not by hand. My waffles are always fluffy and delicious. The best part about the Original mix is it’s a blank canvas for your culinary taste!

Just what the headline says...tasty but way too expensive for me to buy. This will only be a special occasion once-a-year splurge.

I love this pancake mix. It tastes like regular pancakes, and you get the added benefit of some extra protein in them. It's so handy to have mix in the pantry, too.

Okay this stuff is so good! The ingredients are so simple and beneficial. I usually buy 1 box from the store and it’s usually like $8, so this set is a must.
