This was very uncomfortable and painful. I have had my nose pierced for over 8 years and have used many different types of nose studs and this was the worst. It seemed like it was larger than 18ga, I'd say at least 16ga. It had a sharp tip, and was very long, so it was either sticking out of my nose or poking the inside of it. Because the pyrex is so stiff, it was very painful to insert or remove the stud. I returned it, and do no recommend this product.

I do not like that it has a 90 degree angle, because it is painful when putting in and taking out.

Very fragile. I bought two...one broke within the first week. Idk who's fault it was tho...I might've been a lil too rough taking it out after wrk. But I liked the pyrex while it lasted...a good material for piercings that are still healing that u hafta hide for a job...I'd still be rocking them if one hadn't broke...probably my fault honestly bc the other didn't break...guess I don't know my own strength. I recommend these as not a daily wear...but still recommended nonetheless. And be careful when handling...other than that...I was satisfied w the one that lasted and didn't break. 👍

I could NOT get this in my nose. I'm not sure why other than it is just so freaking tiny. I was so afraid it was going to break inside my nostril. I sent it back. Good thing my piercing didn't close up during my MRI, which is why I bought this glass retainer.

Th I'd one is unlike the others I've ordered, it is more of an L shape than a corkscrew. However it stays in well and is quite comfortable. I especially wear it when I have allergies as it doesn't interfere with blowing my nose. Yay!

I like it. It's barely noticeable, it's clear so you will be able to see the hole. The end is more curved than a L shape as it appears in the picture. I've had it since April and I haven't had any problems with it.

I was very unhappy with this product. The gage was far too big for me and it wasn't discrete at all. It has a shiny metal disc at the end inside of the plastic that is just so obvious. I'm a nursing student and purchased this for an in-patient setting, so you can imagine my disappointment. Also, it was very long and poked out. Would not recommend. Go to Spencer's and get "retainer" style nose rings. Much better.
