When I took these out of the bag (I didn't get a box) I loved the look of these and in person they looked just like the picture. I put them on and they were fairly comfortable. Not quite as much as another cheaper steel toe shoe I purchased though. I put them on right before walking into work and immediately got positive comments. I was feeling good about my purchase. Then I walked into the bathroom and immediately I noticed on the tile they didnt have the traction I was used to. They mopped as I was in there and suddenly I felt like I was barefoot on ice. I thought I was either going to do the splits when standing still or fall on my butt when walking. I work in a factory that makes food. I need traction when on water or oil and these most definitely did not have it. I returned them. If you work outside these may be good but indoors in a factory they are not for me.

I like this product for fit and style. I've been wearing them daily since I got them two weeks ago. I use them around the house for outside work. Currently building a deck that requires working on my knees. The picture shows the normal dialy use has worn through the rubber toe protector in only two weeks.

Make sure to buy at least a half size down, possibly a full size down! Something must be wonky with their sizing. The 11s I ordered were definitely 12s, and the 10s I got as a replacement feel like 11s.That aside, these are definitely the best quality steel toe shoes I've purchased on Amazon, and I've purchased a lot. These are also the only puncture proof shoes that I didn't need to put in an insert in order to make them comfortable. All the others I've gotten require spending an extra $10 for an insert. These have pretty good grip in a freezer environment, too.These are as good, if not better, quality than some other major brands like Reebok and Skechers.

Well i ordered a US12 and they sent me a US11 but in the light of things i dont have to send them back cause they fit my us12 feet perfect who knew? A note for other buyers, also ill be adding a better insole in these cause they are alittle hard for my feet but not bad. Another note id like to add is that these shoes almost exactly match the reebok version at half the cost and the alloy toe is roomy no rubbing what so ever

If you're looking for a cheap decent quality work shoe with a steel/composite toe at this price point, these aren't bad. Maybe for short-term work around the yard/garage or something they'd be perfect. You could probably buy a couple pairs and still come out ahead over a more expensive work shoe. It's just that they're not that comfortable at all for an all-day, all-week work shoe. The last pair I bought, the toe box was too small so I stopped buying these and went with a more expensive quality option.

Nice work shoes I've been buying merrels for last couple of years because other brands I used for years got lower quality and didn't hold up but was tired of spending 150 on shoes to destroy. Decided on these good price nicely built I build houses and require shoes that grip plywood at angles up to and past 45° these grip good to a 10/12 -40°roof which is where most good shoes cut out. Would reccomend for work I did just put gel insoles in but 10 hours a day working in and an additional 3 hours commute in them and it helps to have a little more padding for that duration.

Wow! Very sceptical @ 1st but after wearing them a few days doing all kinds of different construction work these shoes have definitely lived up to their promise! I've recommended them to just about everyone I know. They're lightweight, waterproof & tried stomping on a board full of nails but thankfully the shoes held up not a single puncture. Oh & did I mention that the soles are amazing?! Only thing I'm not crazy about is the insoles are a little hard but a pqit of insole liners should solve that problem

They said true to size but found them to be a about one size to big. I normally wear a 10.5 in safety shoes/boots. These look great and light weight. Have not had time to use them yet but didnt have high expectations with the low price point. Will update this after I have had some time in them. Hoping for them to be ok. Not all safety shoes are the same so having that little bit of room in there may be ok.
