Great price point. I love having one of these before bed. I always forget about water and magnesium, and this covers both bases.

I have struggled with sleep for as long as I can remember - probably got it from my mom. I have one of these about an hour before bed (package recommends 30 minutes, but I try not to get up in the middle of the night to pee since that would ruin any sleepy I even have). I also take these with melatonin gummies and I really feel like it has helped me sleep better. Definitely noticeable.

Especially when used with cold water, it leaves your glass covered in a white chalky film. It does dissolve better in hot water (and also tastes better hot). Other Nuun products, like the Sports or Daily line, dissolve more thoroughly.I have found it does not help me with sleep. Probably easier and you would get a better dose by just taking a magnesium supplement before bed.

I’ve been using a nightly routine of ZMA and melatonin for years for my sleep recovery. I read up on this new addition to nuun line and I was intrigued, so I got some and tried it. After the the third night of use, I came to a great conclusion! Drink it while in bed! WOW!! Best nights sleep ever and I seriously feel fresh in the morning. Im sold. I love the flavor! I put one in hot water at night before I go to bed and it’s like drinking a cup of chamomile tea. I wake up feeling refreshed and less sore.

Used for a few mths and developed a horrible respiratory covab/ infection. I'm allergic to stevia and a visit to my allergist and a referral to a pulmonilogist figured it out. Needed prescriptions and months to recover, No more NUUN for me!

As runners, we’ve been very happy using NUUN electrolyte tabs for more than a decade. But this edition is a dud. The flavor is nice/mild. But never before have NUUN tabs left undissolved white ‘sand’ behind like these do. If these were our first experience with NUUN we would definitely never purchase again. I’m probably not even going to finish the box. These are not representative of NUUN’s usual product quality and performance.
