This is intended for internal use, but I use it topically as well. All 3 of these ingredients - niacinamide, zinc, and brewers yeast, have demonstrated skin benefits for topical use.I take so many supplements that I prefer blending ingredients in smoothies instead, when possible. Unfortunately, the zinc in this formula has a metallic taste, doesn't really work to open up and blend in a smoothie.So both niacinamide and zinc are fairly common ingredients, I already get some in my normal one-a-day vitamins. Zinc, by the way, is a good immune booster as well. But the star ingredient here is probably the brewer's yeast, which I haven't taken previously but there is ample anecdotal and also peer reviewed evidence of it helping with healthy skin and possibly other health benefits.Brewer's yeast comes with a ton of warnings, you should probably talk to your physician before taking. Do NOT take if you have an immune issue, including things like psoriasis or have had vaccine reactions, such as a reaction to a flu shot. Do NOT take if you have Chron's disease, or have (or are prone to) gout. It can cause gas and trigger migraines. Again, read warning sheets (available online) and talk to your doctor.I used to take the now-controversial niacin, which had side effects - heat rate increase, flush skin, etc. This form of niacinamide is not supposed to have these side effects, though personally, I still do feel a bit flush after taking it, maybe because I'm particularly sensitive to it.

Was really hopeful for this one. Took this in the morning on empty stomach and I feel really awful. I felt sick on my stomach and made me nauseated. I also felt strange. I learned my lesson and took it with food and I feel much better. Been taking this for 2 weeks but I still had breakouts more than when I didn't take this one. I don't know if its because of this or just hormonal. I will try to consume the bottle and give this one a chance. Price point is expensive for me.

Three active ingredients here: Niacinamide, Zinc, and Brewer's Yeast. I've consumed them all before individually, with no problems (except a bit of short term flushing from the niacin, which passes quickly). Very effective ingredients which are proven and will work. Personally, I'm taking this with no side effects. However, and I don't usually say this regarding supplements, but if you have any sensitivities or health issues, I suggest a little online research on both niacinamide and brewer's yeast prior to taking this one.

I received it a few days ago and got the beginning I am using it applying on my skin. I find it a safe way to see if there’s no not needed reactions. My skin is dry as I live in Arizona but this treatment makes it soft. I didn’t notice an allergic reaction. I’ll keep using it that way for another week or so and then start using it internal. So far I am pretty satisfied with my skin condition.

This product is a great addition to your other daily supplements. I alway had an issue with acne on my back. After taking it for a week and half I start seeing changes. Acne started reducing slowly.
