M9 Next Gen. Countertop Water Ionizer

I Purchased the filter to years ago and it still works great! This at pH is constant is great for drinking at eight or cleaning at two. I feel confident that this filter is cleaning out harmful particulates.

Hi, I bought one of these ionizer/alkalizers a few years ago. It stopped alkalizing a long time ago but I kept using it for the filter. The machine itself is very cheap, but the price is for what they call a 'lifetime warranty'. Beware, this is a massive scam. The customer service is terrible, and I desperately wish I had not engaged with this toxic and unethical company. What they don't and won't tell you is that if there is anything wrong with the machine, then the warranty is void. For me, even though I used their citrus cleaning filters, which you have to purchase but they don't do a thing, after spending $40.00 to send my machine in to utilize the warranty, I was told that I had to pay $99.00 to have the ionizer plates cleaned, and that my warranty was void because I hadn't 'cleaned' my machine, even though they never tell you what they actually mean by that. I was given no warning of these fees beforehand, and was led to believe by the tech people that this would be covered under a warranty. I personally think this company is running a major scam. Once they get your money, they have you in their machine. You are trapped. I liked the water for the short time the machine actually worked, but I would highly recommend that a person find a company with even just adequate customer service and ethical communication.

My parents bought this model thinking it would save them $ vs buying water from the store. Your average filtered water from the store is like .69 cents. For the price of this water filtration system, you can buy well over 3,000 gallons of water. They only owned this for less than a year and the filters already needed to be replaced and both cost a whooping $150. According to my calculation, they drink about 10 gallons a week. For the price of this machine, they can buy enough water to last almost 7 years.Paying $150/yr for filters is a big waste.

I've been using my M9 Next Generation Life Ionizer for about 7 months and I love it! Not only is the water refreshing with no chlorine taste, but it's also been helping me tremendously with my chronic constipation problems (I didn't even realize this would be one of the benefits when I purchased the unit). Also, the acidic option has been great for helping the plants grow and also for making my hair grow. This machine is wonderful.3/10/16 - Updating: Okay, so it's time to order replacement filters. Although I do like the machine, ordering the filters is EXPENSIVE! My first filter order cost $375. Be prepared for that. Also, I have been waiting for the filters to arrive for 3 weeks and no one bothered to tell me that they were on backorder...yet they processed my payment immediately. I don't care much for companies who do that. Process my payment when you ship my merchandise. This is the reason I lowered my rating from 5 stars to 3.

I purchased my water ionizer last February of 2014. I first called and asked at least 100 questions to the sales rep. He was very patient and answered everything I wanted to know. I was trying to decide between the Kangen water ionizer and this one. The Kangen was more expensive and the warranty was not even close to this one. In the end I went with this one. I have been extremely surprised at how great the customer service has been. I called over several questions in the beginning. I ALWAYS quickly got a human! And someone I could understand! :) That was great. We had a rare connector when we went to connect our under the counter set up, and the sales rep, OVERnighted the part so we could get up and running. At the time of purchase I was very ill and battling Pertussis (whooping cough), which as an adult can take MONTHS to totally recover. I had debilitating fatigue. Within a month of using my alkaline water (I drank NOTHING else except cup of coffee in the mornings), I noticed I was starting to feel myself again. My husband who NEVER drank water, started to drink 3 LARGE cups per day, it helped him with fatigue and psoriasis--was less inflamed. Us use the ACID level water to clean ALL glass in our home, windows, mirrors, fridge, stoves, microwave, etc.. and it will look like new! For many times when I first did it, I would make everyone come and look, I was so amazed! We have sliding glass doors...which are endlessly getting messed up (kids/animals). The acid water works! We use it to clean pet stains in our carpet with a spot vac (I put drops of doterra essential oils in the water). So it freshens too. We use the acid water to clean counter tops, bathrooms, toilets, floors, and so on. This saves on all the chemicals we normally purchase for cleaning. Now we have VERY VERY high mineral/calcium water I think it is... and in the lower corners of tubs/showers we have to use something like CLR to get those areas cleared if we let it build much at all. But if you were to spray down your shower/bath tubs every couple of days, the acid water would probably do the trick. Again I put drops of essential oils in for getting that fresh clean scent...WITHOUT THE CHEMICALS!!! The ONLY reason I did not give 5 stars is the cost of the filters is very pricey. That is the only negative feedback I have so far. Though we don't buy bottled water or anything, we rarely buy soda now... but still the cost of the filters is pricey for an average income family. I am grateful for the excellent customer service, I have mainly dealt with Will and he has been very nice to deal with. Hope this review is helpful.

I purchased my Life Ionizer 5 years ago after researching many companies, they were the most helpful and treated me like a friend. I got the M9-Next Generation. They gave me a great deal and talked me through the set up etc. The benefits of the ionized a water are so numerous, it’s terrible that more people don’t know about it.My chiropractor told me about the alkaline water, so I could get healthier and help with the pronble joy husband and I hAve.My husband has diabetes and it helps with regulating blood sugar.I feel I have much more energy and it boosts my immune system. I haven’t even had a cold.All in all my water is delicious. I drink so Much of it it’s really good to stay hydrated.
