Like another reviewer mentions...the pump is faulty and doesn't pump out creme. I had to open it to take creme off the length of the pump. I think amazon are selling a batch of these with faulty pumps. Too busy to queue at the post office to return. will listen to other reviewers next time.

I used the hair mask before but never used the shampoo, holy damn the differences in my hair from before and now is unreal! Highly recommend, my hair has strong roots, split ends sometimes, dark brown and mid length wavyFor my type of hair, it's perfect

The product is good but the packaging should have been better especially for the price. It came with dust on top of it
