Lovely design, poor print quality
Lovely design, however print quality is not great. I ordered letter M and right side of the gold M had a chunk of missing paint. Also inside print is faded/missing in some parts around the rim. Disappointing but have no choice but to keep due to time constraints.

Lovely mug and amazing customer service
Gorgeous mug, gifted to a colleague who loved it. The original one I ordered arrived smashed but the company sent a new one out free of charge which arrived next day!! Very happy with the mug and the customer service, thank you
