Competivily priced and worked for my hypothyroidism instead of meds from Dr which had bad sounding side effects no noticeable side effects with this supplement except thyroid levels is now normal

I'm not big on writing reviews however, this product has worked for me so well that I need to. I've been using these pills for about six months. At the beginning I was taking two pills but for some reason I couldn't sleep. I decided to take one instead of two for like a month and then I added the second pill, by doing so I started sleeeping better. I have noticed a lot of changes especially my hair and nails. My hair was always brittle and weak didn't really grow much but, by taking these pills my hair has grown a lot and nails are so much stronger. I will keep buying this product.

Very bad - if you have hypo. You do not need all the iodine. Be sure you understand what it is that your body requires to help you stay balanced.

After doing research and talking to my endocrinologist, I've quit using this. I tried it and felt my symptoms worsen. I have Hashimoto's and thought an iodine supplement would help but this is so astronomically over the daily dosage it becomes counteractive. Waste of money but I'm not poisoning myself.
