Easy to install & works great.

These are easy to install and do the job really well. This new oder I'd for the Main Bedroom and they match the same ones in the Kitchen, Dining Room, Bar other bedrooms.

My whole family loves and appreciates being able to charge their devices without needing the adapter.. Brilliant idea and design.

We have an older home with thicker wires and you have to use the quick install via plate connection for those plugs that are part of a chain. I will say call out that I did have 3 of 9 defective with USB ports. They either stopped working or would hold the connection.

I should have bought these years ago! We have a plug on each end of our island in the kitchen and I replaced each with these. Very handy to be able to have appliances plugged in and at the same time you can plug in your charging cord for a cell phone or other electronics that use a USB cord. Even if you just want to plug in a phone to charge you don't need the adapter and can plug two phones in with the USB cord and still have both plugs free.

With all the electrical needs of today - this was greatly needed in my home

We replaced an existing duplex outlet with this one to eliminate the charging adapters constantly falling out of their sockets. This works really well and was very easy to wire up as the connections only need to be straight stripped wire! Recommended.

Wanted some usb wall sockets and saw some good reviews so bought a 2 pack of these. Installed one and the usb ports worked great for about a day then it started pulsing power every few seconds through the usb ports instead of continuous charge. Took it out of the wall, checked everything, put it back in and it worked for about an hour before it started pulsing again. Removed it and installed the second one of the 2 pack in the spot to see if that would work and the usb ports on that one were dead. Went to a different wall socket and tried both, same results of 1 pulsing charge and 1 with dead usb ports.Ran down to the local hardware store and bought a Leviton brand version of this wall outlet since I was still curious if it was an issue with my wiring or these wall outlets. Installed the Leviton in the original place I had installed these Dependable Direct ones and it works great with no issues so it comes down to these cheaper wall outlets being junk.tl;dr Save yourself time, headaches, and money in the long run by purchasing a better brand product from the start.
