Seems to keep gout at bay. Haven't had a flare-up since I've started taking these. About to order my third bottle. Compared with some other brands, it is a great value for the money.Some of these negative reviews are bizarre. The label plainly says 10,500 mg PER SERVING. A serving is 3 tablets. What's "misleading" about that? If you made a single tablet with 10,500 mg in it, it would be enormous. Another one says there's no cherries in it, while supplying a picture of the ingredients that literally says 10,500 mg of tart cherry (Prunus cerasus) right at the top. Another says the label is bad because it doesn't claim the benefits that people have written in their reviews. First off, being a herbal supplement a manufacturer is limited in what they can claim because the FDA has almost no interest in natural remedies. Secondly, is the manufacturer supposed to have some crystal ball to see what Amazon reviews will say in the future? Absurdity.

These are great for gout and I guess inflamation. My roommate is 86 and they work.
