Atrocious Quality, Highly Priced!
It's an awful product. Info is misleading to the fact that you would be convinced to purchase this product. The quality is utterly abominable! The inner of the band is literally a plastic body with the clips that can leave scratches in the inner part of your ionic when it slides in to the space to lock the tracker. Don't forcefully try to accommodate this band in your Fitbit doing which could give scratches. My band is already broken and went straight to the bin. That's where it belongs. Sorry Bepack but one must sell the genuine accessories even it is first copy!Unfortunately, Fitbit don't provide the black band but hopefully in future they do!

Small is not really a small!
My watch strap had just arrived which I was pretty excited for. Looks wise it is exactly what I expected. However, I ordered a small and even on the tightest setting it is still too big! Also when fitting it to the watch it struggled a little bit, almost as if it was not made for the ionic. Quite disappointed. The reason I gave it two stars is becuase I do have small wrists so it might be better for bigger arms. But do be aware that this 'small' is quite a bit bigger than the small strap that came with the watch.Update-- after ordering other straps with the same dimensions I think this strap was sent to me in the wrong size which is not great. I have reduced my rating becuase of this and the fact that the strap is of a lot worse quality than others available for a cheaper price. Overall very dissatisfied and would not recommend buying.

Broke after 3 weeks
Only had the strap for 3 weeks and it broke. My son ditched it (because he was on holiday) and I won’t get a refund because they need the broken strap back! Buy the real Fitbit strap as they will replace with just a photo! Lesson learnt.
