Very useful
This item is very useful. It stays sharp and doesn't bend at the tip. I've been looking for this for a long time and could never find one that works as well as this one.

well made but too thick for me
i bought this and a lancet also from suvorna together, which makes less scarring because the lancet pokes a small hole for the acne to come out.i used to have a lancet plus remover that i've been using like forever, but it was my mom's, so when i went study abroad i know i need to get my own. the one that i had has a thin wire loop as a remover, and i think this might have affected my opinions on the suvorna remover, just kept that in mind for now.because of all the good comments i saw so i decided to give it a try. i looked online on guides on using the suvorna specifically but the suvorna website is not up yet. i also read some websites on how a flat remover can provide more even forces on the surrounding skin of the acne which can cause less scarring, hence i was really excited to try the suvorna acne remover.however when i try to use it on my acne, it's just too thick, even after i poke a little hole with my lancet. i tried to use the flat side to kind of roll around to get the acne out but it's just so thick and only a little comes out. so i thought since i had a thin wire loop remover before, i might as well try the loop side. so i try to angle the loop remover to push the acne out and the loop is just also too thick. because of the thickness, the force just isnt acute enough to push the acne.. so for the sake of getting the acne out to avoid inflammation i just had to use my fingernails, the old fashioned bad way.the suvorna produce is well made, very fine material used, the traction on handle is very nice, and it even comes with a very fine classy holder. but since the most important part - the two remover is so thick, it just doesn't do a good job in removing the acne. it'll be nice if it can be made thinner and light.however, any potential buyers must be aware that this experience might be affected by my personal experience in the past in using a thin wire loop extractor. if you're used to a thick acne remover i think this will be a very good choice.

Works for What I Needed It for
It works.By that, I mean it extracts whiteheads after I use products to soften them up. As far as the effect it has on reducing pore appearance (which is what we actually care about), I don't know. My pores look smaller, but it could be due to a combination of the products I use. All I know for sure is that this little tool gets whiteheads out like it says it would (but I've only used it as a supplement to my other whitehead products).(Edit: I tried it without using other products first (aside from face-wash). It extracted surprisingly well.)I only use the smaller loop. The bigger side has had lesser function and results by comparison. It's possible that I've only been using it wrong. It is decent at extracting acne. You may have to work at it a little, and even then, it might not be worth it. I didn't get it for that, so I'm not using this aspect to count my stars. Before this, I used a Revlon extractor that has thicker loops. The Suvorna tool is far more effective for what I needed, but I haven't tried the Revlon one with some of my other products. The grip is nice. It won't slide around if your hands are covered in product. (Yes, I use a lot of stuff for my blackheads/whiteheads.)(Edit: No matter what, this thing can hurt like a...)

Skip it
This didn’t work at all. Not sure if my skin is thicker than normal or what but I couldn’t get a hole big enough to remove the millia. It hurt a lot, too 😩

Did the job for me
Since adolescence I haven't had a serious complexion issue, but occasionally still get a blackhead on my face or a whitehead near my eyes. The whiteheads in particular will last FOREVER unless you do something about them. For 40 years I've been using the two-finger technique; to aid whitehead removal I've been lancing them with a sterilized needle first. But I recently developed a pair of blackheads on adjacent pores on the side of my nose, where it meets the upper lip (if you know what I mean). They were getting bigger and resisted all of my best efforts using the "finger pinch" method. So I ordered this thing. The cup end did a great job and they both came out almost effortlessly, despite the fact that I ignored the instructions and did not use moist heat to help open up the pores.Whiteheads? Not so excited about that one. I have a couple of small ones and decided to try out the flat loop end on them. They didn't come out with any reasonable amount of pressure. So I suspect I'll still have to lance those. It's kinda gross to talk about this kind of skin care, or even to admit that you need it. That's probably why there aren't many reviews. But I have to say this item was worth the 11 bucks. Buy $14 of something else to get free shipping.

The best lancet I've ever used!
TMI for those who get grossed out by skin issues. I get small cysts in certain areas often, and unless I lance and pop them they stick around forever. I've tried extractor tools with lancets on the ends but ended up very disappointed in how dull they were so up until recently I would only use a sewing needle. It worked okay but was painful and recently I ended up losing it somewhere so I decided to try an extractor tool once more. I wasn't expecting much when I received this one, but I tried it on a cyst and I was instantly impressed. I hardly had to use any pressure and felt no pain when it punctured the cyst and I was able to pop it easily after. I probably won't use the other end of the extractor as I only wanted a really sharp lancet.
