Long build-up to little action

She is a decent writer, which sets her apart from most authors in this genre. However, the journey this character takes is nothing to new to tickle fetishists and she doesn't have a tickle encounter with a friend until the very end and it's brief and not at all satisfying. I was pretty disappointed.
