I’ve had these for a few months now and I have to say I’m pretty impressed with the quality. Each band varies and it’s stretch but maintains a certain amount of sturdiness and durability that ensures a good quality product. I’ve use these intermittently throughout my workouts which have helped tremendously in gaining muscle especially in my quads hips and butt. I would definitely recommend this product especially for the price point it’s a good investment.

okay first i LOVE THE VARIATION in diameter of these bands because I want to wear the bands higher or lower on my legs so sometimes I need a bigger circle lol. and the larger diameter size allows you to do and exercise that you need more range of motion but want that tension. maybe if you have a very small body size and small thighs then you might want a set with equal size diameter bands. But THESE are my fave so far. they do not roll, they are THICC, they are supeerrrr durable, they are SO PRETTYYY IN THE COLORED set. oh and they bring a bag to carry them and keep them together which was super nice and convenient

Just got these and tried them right quick to see how they would do. They are very nice. Thick material, and so far all around excellent! I did 10 squats with the larger size and felt it immediately- my work out should be fun!

Its a great product & I love it. The band is not to rough on the skin, it's very sturdy, it doesnt move up on your legs while doing your workouts.Though, I was kind of disappointing because I was hoping to have (3) different type of color level bands, so that I can actually switch up on my workout routine using the (Small, Medium, & Large) level band But, when I have opened up the package that I have bought, inside I have got (2 ) of the same "Large" color level band & (1) "Small". Everything else is good, its just that I wont have my "Medium" level band at all, & that I was hoping to have.So, now i just would have to deal with having (2) "Large" color level band. Instead of having (1) of each level. The size of the color band may have got mixed up by accident.But, either then that issue its a great.

I had 2 inch bands that I loved. However, they would roll up during workouts and overtime they get old and snap. So, I ordered these as a more permanent solution but they’re just too wide. I wish they were an inch thinner because the quality feels great and the non-slip is fantastic. The work good and they make me sore. The only issue I have is how bulky they are but, they definitely work.(See images for a comparison to my older bands.)

I just love my Resistance Bands just as described they don't ride up and all three of them have the perfect level of Resistance. Also I received them a day before the original shipping date. I was extremely happy I use them everyday at the gym. Thank you so much Letscol. would recommend and definitely buy again.

The bands fit nicely around my thighs and they never slip or slide. I wish the smaller band was stronger instead of it being the lightest. I think that way I get a better workout without doing so many reps.

I just received then today and I am really impressed with the quality. Buy buy buy!

Pretty good set of bands. I think I bought the wrong set for me though I'm pretty much using the smallest one all the time, I've never used the largest band at all.They do stay on well and the resistance is pretty good, would recommend, especially for beginners, I think the larger band would be a good start.There's an unpleasant smell right out of the box which doesn't go completely away after one wash but it seems to be fading off.

Absolutely fantastic!! Been using in my workouts, have noticed a real positive difference now when resistance training and these are great quality bands which do not roll/fall down while using. Although cheap, I don’t have any complaints with quality. Great range of strength and comes with a little handy bag to put your hands in. Honestly nothing bad to say! 5Star!

I use these for squats to add extra resistance. They feel strong, and do not ride up your thighs or bunch up like plain rubber ones. Haven't had them long enough to properly test their durability but they feel as though they won't snap like rubber ones I have purchased in the past have. They had a slight 'fishy' smell when I first got them out the packet, but once I let them air out near an open window this has (mostly) gone.

Very good bands. I’ve been using them for just over a week and can already feel the difference from using them. They come in 3 sizes for different resistance. So please I purchased these. Very quick delivery too. 👍🏼

While its nice that they're a fabric rather than plastic material, the sizing and resistance level is completely off. On the description it says Small is light, M is medium, L is heavy. However if you're slimmer these sizes do not work for you at all. The larger they get the more loose they are, meaning that rather than increasing resistance, you're struggling to hold them up and It feels like less resistance is needed due to how big they are. This is very very annoying and the only band which I am actually able to use is the small one!
