I wanted to love this book. I follow Lahla's Instagram page and find her pages full of thought provoking words and ideas. On that basis I was sure that this book would be a great inspiration and tool for 2020. Unfortunately this wasn't the reality for me. I found the pages repetitive and uninspiring the exact opposite of what I expected.I couldn't even finish the book.

I love this book for the fact that I’m supporting a POC writer and that it is inspirational, however, I wish I hadn’t spent the money because it is the same content that can be found on the author’s Instagram account. She often posts excerpts from her book, I feel like I didn’t read anything I hadn’t already read for free on Instagram.

This book is absolutely so amazing !! So insightful and definitely so inspiring! I love how detailed and conscious it has made me of my thinking and my energy. The author goes in to detail of how to raise your vibration and how to make the changes necessary to address the issues that stand in the way of elevating. Love so much ! A must have in your collection!

i enjoy the book. her words are touching. i do however feel like there's is an overuse of the word vibration. i get it. i understand it. but at times it can be very repetitive. i woulet recommend though. it's touching and inspirational and everyone could use this book to help guide them in a new and fulfilling journey to self enlightenment.

I couldn’t put this book down. I finished it in 3 days , my soul couldn’t get enough of it. There were so many things that resonated with me throughout the book but one of the most important things I learned was that I have the power to vibrate higher daily through the things that are part of my environment (the people I associate with, the food I eat, what I watch, what I listen to etc...)This is a book I will certainly revisit when I need a refresher or to “come back home”Get your copy NOW!

I’ve been waiting for this treat. Lalah Delia has helped me on my journey through sharing her thoughts and experiences in the most profound and beautiful ways. I’m loving my book so far. It has made me smile, cry and even find a better appreciation for my favorite flower the sunflower. I will be purchasing this book for several of my friends and family this holiday season and in the new year 🌻

Lalah Delia delivers an extraordinary message throughout this book; how to channel our energy and vibrate higher daily. If you are interested in self-growth and awareness, this read is for you. I consider it more a guide that helps enlighten, inspire and motivate. As a psychotherapist, I am also excited to share this with my clients as so much of Delia's work is about empowerment and self-awareness. Delia shares personal anecdotes throughout weaving a masterful guide on how to connect with your own energy. So much to take away from this and will be reflecting back as this book has a plethora of wisdom.

I think most of us grown-ups already know that it's a good idea to exercise more, avoid junk food and negative people. Nothing new to find in this book which I just ploughed on with to the end, as it's lockdown and had time to kill. Promises much; but fails to deliver.

A powerful book

There were smears across the front cover when I opened the package and the quality of the book gave off the sense that it had been already read and well-loved. Which wouldn't have been big deal if I were to have bought it used but it was advertised and I made the purchase under the assumption that it was new. Won't be ordering through this vendor again.
