Growing older has it's problems. One for me has been multiple sleep interuptions to relieve myself. I've tried at least 5 or 6 different prducts claiming to overcome that problem but nothing worked consistently until I read a recommendation on medical revue on a website that wasn't sellind anything. The review (WebMD?) suggested this product appeared to provide the most effective relief. It has worked very well for me.

The product came in nice packaging, everything was as expected. However, I noticed little affect from use of the supplement. Might just have been my personal experience, but while I have no complaint, I can't speak to any positive change to prostate health or activity. However, it's reasonably priced, so if you have issue, it's simple and cheap enough to be worth trying!

I use these with Saw Palmetto so I don't know if it's just these or the combination or just the Saw Palmetto, but im very happy with the results! WAY less bathroom trips at night after about a week of use. Getting a full night's sleep now with no bathroom interruptions and it's great!
