Fresh & Natural Meat Bar with Great Flavor!
My brother introduced me to this product a few years ago... I'm hooked. Before I'd first tried it, I expected it would be like 'ordinary' jerky; this is NOT the case. The bar is firm, but moist and is a wonderful mix of flavor between the bison meat, cranberries, and seasoning. I like the fact they are individually sealed, so I can take them for a snack or use them as a main protein source (7g/bar) for a meal. They hold well for a few months on the shelf, too, making them a good (and tasty) addition to my rotating emergency rations pack for hurricane season. My only complaint is that they are somewhat small, and I find myself eating two or more at a time, more often than not.I also like that I can get these in Epic's sample pack (they make meat bars with other meat bases), but the Bison is my favorite.Great job, Epic!

I DO like the taste
As a Carnivore diet lifestyle person, finding nonperishable & low carb meat based snacks is HARD! I liked the flavor, I can travel with Epic brand, & it is a quality product. ONE caveat: opening, getting into the wrapper without scissors or a knife is NOT easy!

taste great
The combination of savory bison and bacon with a hint of sweetness from the cranberries creates a unique flavor that’s both satisfying and filling. I love that it’s made from high-quality, natural ingredients without any preservatives or artificial flavors.

Small, expensive, but the best tasting of any meat bar!
I love these bars so much! Grass-fed. No nitrates. They are by far my very favorite tasting meat bar. The texture is very nice. Not tough or overly dense and chewy. The little bits of cranberry are a really tasty addition and give them a nice moisture. In my opinion, taste is just right. Not like the other epic bars, which, in my opinion, are dense and way too salty.I docked a star because they are expensive and small. 4 regular bites, but I take very small ones to make them last longer.1.3 oz. I wish they were two ounces, but, even if they made them 1.5 -1.8 oz , whatever would bring them up to a full 10 g of protein, I'd feel better about the cost. They are currently 7 grams of protein. Also, there are 4 added sugars, 6 total, because they use cranberries sweetened with apple juice.I'd like to see less sugar in these.

Simply delicious!
I've never had bison before in my LIFE! The bison with cranberry jerky bars are amazing. The first box I got, I had to control myself to keep from eating it all in just 2 days. I'm not a jerky person, I've never cared for it, but Epic seems to make their jerky nice and tender. I highly recommend this product! Go on! Try the variety pack if you're skeptical and see if you discover your favorite. These are simply delicious! <3

Bison bars. Yum. I do not care if it is 100F or 0F these hit the spot(below 30F you can warm them in hot water BEFORE opening and still use the water for some coffee :) In daily life they are nice to have around as a no carb snack anywhere.

Great vendor, will buy from again!
Update: the Seller immediate made things right so I’m very please and will purchase again! This is my second order and the first box was fine. However, this second box has about 6 bars on the bottom that the vacuum seal broke and I don’t think it’s safe for consumption anymore. I’ve contacted the seller to see if I can get those 6 replaced. We will see.
