I go to gym 4 times a week, it's very helpful for weight training. The soft pads help me grab weight and protect my palm. I didn't see size guide for size S, my palm is abt 18cm so I brought size S, and it fits well.

These do the job, wrist straps are a bit long to wrap around as my wrists are slim. The gloves are soft, easy to put on and comfortable to wear. The grip could do with being slightly firmer

Reasonable price. Breathable for cycling and will use them in the gym for weights when I can go as they have a nice amount of padding and I won’t get blisters. Feel good quality.
