This is really good at grating everything we've tried so far, mostly garlic and parmesan cheese. It's very sharp so care needs to be taken not to grate your fingers... found that out the hard way. Easy to clean with a quick rinse before simply dropping it in the dishwasher. Highly recommended

This is easy to use and saves using our big one when we only require a small amount to be grated and is also good when you only require to grate on a plate off food at the table.
