Q: I see that some state they run small, so should you go up 1 or 2 sizes?

I measured my body first with tape measure. I was able to order my normal size & they fit comfortably & exact. The straps adjust so the fit is great. I can wear day & night if I wanted to because of comfort. If you need to go up 1 size after measuring that would work ok too. I will be ordering in more colors.

Q: How do the pad inserts wash? Did you wash them in the bra? Or separate?

I don't use them so I take them out and leave them out. If I did use them, I'd probably take them out to wash.
