They Work š¤š“
My 3rd set. Why because they work. My wife, hate to say has a snoring problem. She tried the nose strips for a long time, all they do is cause your muscles to force the nose outwards making the nose seem wider, then the glue starts to irritate the skin, neither very desirable. The Nose Vent Sinus Relief Dilator inserted cause the muscles to contract and get accustom to the position. The loud š¤ snoring sounds disappear, better sleep nights for both of us waking up rested. Took her about a week to get acclimated to them. After about 6 months there a plenty of nights she doesn't have to wear them. Why 3 sets? She has used them for 3 years, some of them she has given away for friends/ family to try and sometimes she wakes up and they are just gone š¤·āāļø like magically disappeared. Wash them after every use and soak in Peroxide. They come in 4 sizes and two styles - Try the Sample kit they offer to find what works best for you. My only complaint is I wish these were made 48 years ago or that we would have found them sooner than 3 years ago. This is a product I highly recommend, well made, comfortable, works as claimed and well priced.

They help increase your breathing ability in the daytime and nighttime
These have a little bigger ridges than the other ones I tried but they seem to stay in a little better I got the medium ones now there is a little point sticking on one side which is a little uncomfortable but turn them around swapping nostrils and they are more comfortable. I donāt know about snoring but my throat is not dry or sore the next morning so it does help. Also my blood oxygen was running in the 80ās a lot of the time and wearing these even in the daytime my my oxygen goes up to 92 to 96 which is great also I find waring them for a couple of days my nose stays open for a couple of days before it starts closing down again so you really only need to use them a few days a week. I liked the tape nose openers when they first came out but they would tear the skin off my nose so I couldnāt use them after a short time but these donāt create any problems that Iāve seen they also work with my CPAC machine which does dry out my nose and the pressure gets uncomfortable from time to time and I have to take it off but use these nose tubes to fall back on which work great not the same but they do help me breathe a lot better even without the CPAC. And even working out during the day or things like splitting wood with a axe these help make a big difference even walking Iāve found they make a big difference. I was shocked trying these in the daytime at how much better I could breathe and like I said after using a day or two or just nights my nose stayed open for a day or two afterwards. Give them a try itās amazing what a little extra air can do sleeping or even at the gym. The tape nose openers started in the 80 for athletes but sweating and tearing off my skin is why I gave them up but thatās not a problem with these they donāt look that bad and are hardly noticeable. Give them a try I think youāll love them

Effective and Fun!
These things work well. When Iām sleeping, I tend to breathe through my nose. Itās very dry here in Colorado in the winter, and my sinuses dry up while Iām asleep, sometimes causing me to wake up in near-panic because I canāt breathe. Or in the summer when my sinuses are more moist and sometimes clog up, just enough to make it hard to breathe. I keep one of these in my pocket for these times, and unless Iām sick with a head cold, the dilation works well and allows me to breathe easily. They work better that Breathe Right strips, which work okay, but come loose during the night and are uncomfortable. These dilators can be uncomfortable at times for me, since they are foreign objects stuffed into oneās nose, but most times I donāt have any problems with them.Theyāre quite fun, too. Theyāre indestructible, and if you lose them, they have a way of turning up again. A few nights ago I lost one, and tonight I was looking under the bed for it. I couldnāt find it. But when I got up and sat on the bed, it was just sitting there. If it had a tail it would have been wagging.I have forgotten to take them out of my pocket when doing the laundry, and I always find them either in the washer, where they are nice and clean, or in the dryer, where they have lint all over them.Theyāre like tardigrades. Theyāll be around forever. I expect to take them with me when I go.

Functional, but sharp
Product does work in the sense of opening up your nose, but I found that the hard silicone has sharp edges that scratched my nose when I use it. I chose the hard silicone option thinking it'd offer better structure, but I'll be swapping to the soft silicone to avoid getting scratched.

Waste of money - both for the product (2.5 stars) and the vendor (negative stars)
EDIT TO UPDATE: What a ridiculous and long term interaction with this "we're doing our best to help" vendor. No you're not. I wish I could post the WEEKS of interactions being "assured" my money was being refunded since after MANY MANY WEEKS of requesting my "free" package of my size I received nothing. I had to get Amazon themselves involved and here it is JUNE of 2025 and this started around February I think? I just can't and won't support a company that is basically a con. If I could give a negative star review I would. But I got my stupid $12.99 back today so I'm gonna vent a bit here and wash my hands of them.First review: They're ok I guess - not very effective but the worst part is paying for the starter kit and then the vendor just blows you off when you try to get the "free" full package in your size. So, not a good value for the money. what a waste.
