BUYER BEWARE OF MYTEe
My tee will not honor warranty, I ordered the first motor October 2024, it has a one year warranty, June 2025 the motor fried, contacted them, they said Amazon needs to take care of it, Amazon said it is Mytees product with warranty it is their problem. Do not purchase tarp motors from MyTee or Amazon, they do not honor the warranty. In addition the customer service at MYTee Sucks. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. The loose ticket claim numbers, emails take 3 weeks for a response only after I sent 10 inquiries into the original email. BUYER BEWARE, GET YOUR TARP MOTORS FROM SOMEONE ELSE

It’s all good
This is the second one ordered the first to be honest not working all the time…, but to be fair not sure if it’s the tarp motor or a short. Will say it appears to be a good item and I believe if I find the issue is with the other motor they will replace it but it’s driving me crazy with the working sometimes and other time not. I would recommend the product and the vendor….
