Was quite happy with this case for 6 months. After that period of normal use the power button wore through so that it was no longer watefproof. Suppose one could get more use of this case if you installed it only when you needed one that was waterproof, and have a different one for standard drop protection. I do believe though that the case may suffer from frequent changes.

Product does what it says but breaks easy if dropped on a hard surface so be careful.

I purchased this case because my former Ottabox did not protect my telephone when it fell. After repairing the phone, I wanted something more substantial. When it arrived, looking at the materials and phone coverage, it was clear to me that it would not do the job that I needed done -- to protect my phone/prevent breaking due to drops. I sent it back.

It's an awesome protective case but I only opened it twice and it cracked the frame. So if you never take off the case you're good.

This case was terrible, plastic was flimsy it felt like plastic wrap. When put on the phone the outer plastic rim was off on the point where it pushed the buttons and held them down screwing up my phone. I had to take the back off too because my phone would get super hot. The case was an expensive cheap made plastic junk. I returned it and got my money back

I barely used this case for 2 months. It is not worth anything. The front screen had started detaching from the case and the case itself has cracked. I am normally use life proof cases but needed something quick and this seemed like a good buy. Not worth the money nor aggravation.

Very difficult to put on galaxy s10e do not recommend!!!
