The bad reviews are definitely because people don’t understand you need to apply a tacky base when using loose pigment or just didn’t realize it was loose pigment generally speaking. It’s extremely vibrant and if you use a base like you’re supposed to it doesn’t stain your eyelids. 10/10 would recommend.

I was so hesitant on ordering this online but I finally did and WOW it exceeded my expectations. First I did a swab on my hand to make sure my delicate skin wasn’t irritated. It packed on pretty nice but even the slightest brush can leave intense color and it was VERY smooth, not chalky like the other ones I’ve tried. It’s a loose powder without a shaker lid which is my only gripe because if you accidentally hit it off the counter, it’s gone and it makes a mess-very easy clean up off tile. The color is VERY intense with primer (plus less fall out plus if you lenses like I do, you don’t want any shadow getting in there!). Over all, this is far better than most on the market and it’s safe for eyes. Using a tissue right under your eye helps keep it from your cheeks but it can dust to other areas of your face so I would go too nuts with blending so I packed it on and no neon freckles when the blacklight was on🤪 It can fall on clothes so…don’t wear white when you apply…ask me how I know LOL. Comes off of skin SUPER easy. If you want really good blacklight eye make up-this is a great one if you’re careful. But please get shaker tops for this!

The colors were amazing, and I received a ton of compliments on how it looked in the black lights. It was somewhat difficult to apply, but worth it for the results. I used a primer, and a slightly wet paint brush to press the color in place. Stayed on all night, and came off easily with makeup wipes.

These powder eye shadows are absolutly amazing! The look and quality of them is beyond what I was expecting. They are vibrant and beauty and apply very easily. Would recommend using a primer to get the powder to really stick. But they held up with a lot of dancing and sweating and did not smudge at all! They easily come of with make up remover wipes. The application was great and I would buy these again well worth the money spent. A picture in my review is after and entire day in 90 degree weather full of dancing and sweating. I am impressed! And boy was I surprised when I found out they not just vibrant during the day they glow under a black light! Absolutly obsessed with this eyeshadow!

As makeup.... they are meehh. The color didn't last long even with a good base/primer and they got everywhere no matter what I did. As paint.... they are ok-ish. Mixes well with an acrylic medium but stand alone they are hydrophobic so water color is not an option.

Absolutely in love with these pigments! They add depth to darker looks, and add the perfect brightness to a colorful look. They last foreverrrr and do exactly what they need to do. They're easy to blend with regular eyeshadows and they blend amazingly with the other neon pigments. They last long with both the longevity of your makeup look and the amount of product. A little but goes a long way!

This product works well and colors are extremely vibrant . First tine using it be aware this is not a pressed eyeshadow. When you open the container it's a very fine loose powder. I used it one night going out over regular makeup they still show up very bright . The next tine I used clown white as a primer on the eyelid and used 2 colors together . The clown white intensified the color and it kept the powder on alot better and colors weren't hard to blend. When I was out at a club the black lights make the shadows even more intense . They real l y light up and make a statement . Excellent product and quality. I usually buy from another company that's more expensive and were a little more difficult to apply . But this is awesome . Would buy again
