Q: Are these seat covers cold in the winter and hot/sticks to your skin in the summer like vinyl/leatherette covers?

No, they do seem to be warmer though.

Q: Is it Machine washable?

You don't have to actually wash neoprene in a washing machine, as per the directions I got, all you have to do is wipe it off with wet sponge and a little soapy water would aid in removing any dirt, etc.

Q: I like leather seats because I don't "stick" to the cloth. How slick are these covers, in relation to, the tweedish cloth seats in late model xj's?

These covers do not have a"cloth " feel to them. They feel similar to dive suits but thicker. I think they are a great compromise between leather and cloth.
