This Did Absolutely Nothing
This Did Absolutely Nothing. IF I could rate it a 0 I would have. One night, out of desperation to get some sleep, I took 8 of these, and Still Nothing happened. I did Not feel one thing. I may as well have been taking empty capsules !!! What a waste of money !!!

Wrong dosage listed
These are not 2500 mg as advertised but only 1000 mg. Well in the fine print they do say it's a 5 to 1 extract from 500mg of the mushrooms and this would = 1000 mg and that's what the capsules weigh.
