I have sent three emails explaining the cap is missing from the top .The material shall definitely come away in no time .First response was an offer of three pounds. Then increased by two pounds to five.The product shall be useless in no time .I have already explained but seems to be falling on deaf ears .Not so good at following complaints unfortunately.
