I have been putting the MCT Powder in my coffee every morning. It makes my coffee creamier and delicious! Since I’ve been eating low carb per my doctor’s request, I’ve suffered from constipation. This powder keeps me regular which I was hoping for! It keeps me full for hours and gives me a boost of energy. I will definitely be purchasing again. My only complaint is it leaves a weird, chemical aftertaste, but I don’t really mind it.

This product is of good quality. I just wish that they would put a squeeze top instead of having to take the lid off and measure it out. The bottle is heavy and it’s easy to over pour.Last year I bought from a different company and they had a squeeze spout and it was so easy to add it to my coffee without over dosing- just one squeeze of the bottle and exactly what I wanted in my coffee was in my cup. The dispensing could use some improvement.

I feel I have had more energy after taking this MCT Oil in the morning. Mixing one tablespoon of MCT Oil with my yogurt and some frozen blueberries, this have become my first meal since the day I got this product. This MCT Oil is really good compared to other two brands I have tried before. Good quality at a good price! Thank you, Micro Ingredients!

I would have given 5 stars if it had a better cap. The cap is the standard style cap that has been used for century's instead of the newer type that you need too squeeze the bottle to dispense product. With out this style, it's harder to pour into a small bottle so I still had the empty bottle from the last MCT Oil I had bought so I had to pour this contents into it so I would have the better cap. As far as the MCT Oil, I like it and it has a little more C8 in it, 9.0g. I will probably keep buying this one and just transfer the product until they upgrade their bottle cap.

This is a very high quality MCT Oil which I use daily and also feed to my dogs with their daily meals. It is very pure and a great way to boost our immune systems and health. I highly-recommend this product.

Mixes well, didn’t notice any smell. I mix it with cocao and it adds to the creamy taste. Mixes easily, good quality?

All kinds of health benefit. But when you start to age, it really helps with memory and it goes good with my vitamin D and K.
