Does not work with new T-Mobile network
I went to get a GSM 800/900 1800/1900 sim card and was told that this is outdated technology that is no longer supported by T-Mobile. At least in the Seattle area. We had a similar watch that unfortunately was stepped on and destroyed and I found that the GPS function is not reliable. It tells me the tracker has left the boundaries, when in reality it was at home. Bottom Line these are a good idea, but the technology behind them needs to be with the technology that's provided by the carrier. I returned the watch for a refund. Never used it.

Great service, not a reliable watch
3 stars because the company is great at customer service and the watch has cool features.It didn't work on our carriers network, the product images describing the sim card required were incorrect, and the GPS feature didn't work on pay as you go networks.Overall disappointed that it didn't work, but the company backed the product and helped us every step of the way trying to get it to work, so 3 stars for the service.

Nightmare.
I received this product last Wednesday. I still have not been able to use it. The SIM card I purchased was activated and works perfectly. The watch has service and is able to make calls. The issue I’m having is that the watch will not connect to the app. It keeps showing that it is offline. I have tried to reinstall app several times and still not able to have it connect to device. I can’t not find a customer service number. I emailed the seller on amazon, they were trouble shooting with me. I have not heard from them since yesterday. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this. And I needed this watch for a trip tomorrow.

Cute but had problemS with the connection(inside the house, school, any buildings)
It looked cute on my son’s wrist, but unfortunately, I have to return this since we had a problem getting a signal (gprs for the GPS tracking function).. there was no signal inside the house, or in the school..so my purpose of tracking my son was defeated. We tried 2 different networks but didn’t work.

Not as many extra apps as some but makes pretty clear 3G/4G LTE calls
Is a little slow to connect but does pretty well. We set it up with SIM card and plan from Speedtalk.

Not compatible with Verizon
Cool watch but it is not compatible with Verizon service and it is VERY vague online with what is does require and what service it will work with. Had to return
