Godox SL-150W 5600K CRI95+ LED Studio Lights Bowens Mount Photography Continuous Video Light with Remote Controller & Reflector

I own the 60W version of this light and love it to death even though there's a slight fan noise, but totally workable even in a quiet environment if you use good mics. I was hoping the 150W version would be similar in fan noise but boy was I wrong! The 150W is 10fold noisier and I had to return it. Here's to hoping Godox makes the newer version with an ultra silent fan. I'll be waiting...

Affordable alternative to the Aputure lights. One tip, upgrade the fan. I did this the day I bought it and now the fan runs completely silent, which was one of the only draw backs.

I bought these as a mobile lighting unit. I have the Aputure 120d for my home stationary studio and they are very comparable. The glaring downside is that the fan is very loud in these compared to the 120d but if you have good microphones you shouldn’t have to worry about hearing the fan in your video. Overall a solid buy.

I love this light, it’s perfect for the art photography I am using it for. I shoot art glass, and other types of art and the I use this light on a C Stand. The remote gives me the freedom to use different light without having to go over to the C Stand. I have a double diffuser that creates the perfect light. There is a fan in the light that is always on but it doesn’t bother me and I will consider getting another one of these lights. They are a great value and produce great results.

It’s a great instrument. My only problem is that the cooling fan is quite loud.
