I've owned and used this bike since my birthday, which is definitely a cross-century upgrade to traditional non-electric bikes, 350W is very good, and when I just press, show 22MPH, and when pedal assist, show 25MPH, which is enough for my daily use.Advantages:-The battery life is very good, GPS shows I'm driving 25M, the dashboard is about half the battery- Headlights can be used to ride in the dark-The electric motor is very powerful.-The suspension is good, has a good cushioning effect, and greatly reduces the sense of shock on the muddy road.-Aluminium mechanical disc brakes ensure safety in the event of an emergencyDisadvantages:-Partly damaged package of goods received I received the goods found the problem of packaging, I promptly contacted the seller, because I was afraid that the goods will be damaged or parts lost, but I know is not the reason for the seller, but I was the first time and the seller reflected the packaging situation, the seller quickly replied to me and told me to open the packaging to detect whether the goods have damage, there is damage to inform them,They will make up, the end is the goods are very perfect, no damage, 5 stars satisfied!"

This is my first ebike and I'm happy with it so far. Here are my impressions.- Shipping was fast and the packaging and bike arrived in good condition. No broken or missing parts.- Assembly is pretty straight forward, however you must assemble the front fork into the frame including the bearings and spacers. There were no instructions included but I'm pretty handy and was able to figure it out. I have since seen the assembly instructions they provide via email and the are almost impossible to decipher and some of the pictures they reference are missing. I recommend you go with the free assembly service unless you are good at putting puzzles together.- The paint quality is rather poor and the finish is dull. But given the price for the bike I suppose you should expect that.- For me, at 5" 9", the distance from the seat to the handlebar seems rather short. The seat has been comfortable so far.- There are three modes of riding, Pedal Assist (PAS), Cruise and Walk. The bike is always in PAS and I don't see for a way to go to Walk without just turning the key off. The Cruise mode is always available by just turning the twist grip throttle.- Since the bike is always in PAS mode while the key is turned on, it takes some getting used to the motor automatically coming on when it thinks you need it. And the assist is not a gentle help with peddling, it's either all the way on or off. Sometimes the motor turns on when I'd rather not have it helping.I think this is a good starter ebike which is what I was looking for. However, I haven't ridden it a long distance yet so I'll come back to add onto my review after I've spent more time riding.

Customer service is excellent. They answer all the questions I had. The bike came with almost everything, just a little tip was missing and that's doesnt matter. They lack a little on the manual and have to update the installation video as the bike front brake isnt installed when it came and it isnt in the video but its easy to set it. Just put the disk brake into the yellow part of the brake and that's all. I weight 230 pounds and this bike has enough force to get me to 22 mph so it's amazing. The battery charges quickly and the phone holder it's great , the led light also is good and the speed assistant is sweet. Smooth bike totally worth it.The bike is a bit heavy to go yourself but is cool. The pedal assistant is so powerful that you will have to put a heavy shift so it can hold it nice so u can pedal. The light is ok. Amazing customer service I repeat.

Although the installation instructions was missing picture 1-3, I was able to figure it out....Pay close attention to this part. After assembly, I charged the battery as instructed. The first run was "AMAZING". Smooth, quite and 22 MPH full out. The most exhilarating bicycle experience of my life. Holy Moly, for 650$ wow...............Front shocks are stiff, but at least you have them....I'm blown away so far....I will keep proper maintenance and cleaning as this is a special toy like my boat. Maybe it will surpass it's warranty. I know I will need to buy another battery in 3-5 years, just like my car....Except it will cost twice as much.....Unbeleivebly worth it.....Good Job Zoey.......

I love it very much! I used to enjoy riding a bike but had to give it up several years ago because of knee pain.But now this is a good way.
