Best grain free bread!
This is amazing. There's a bit of a learning curve so the first batch wasn't as good as the second. But the second try was as perfect as it gets for a gluten free bagel. A couple directions that would have been helpful:Let dough rest with the yeast for 20 minutes (this helped the texture immensely.Rest for 30 minutes after taking out of the oven.Slice open and toast in oven or toaster oven.Maybe just my oven, but they needed to be on the top rack (the first batch burned on the bottom at 18 minutes).I put on the top rack, took out at 22 minutes (any more and they would be burned). They freeze nicely.

Finally I can eat bagels again!
These are amazing and so easy to make. The texture is wonderful and the directions easy to follow. Worth the money for sure.

Going into my standard rotation
I have no bread making experience and no baking beyond cake mixes and I found this to be very easy. A very slight sweetness, I assume from the honey used to activate (?) the yeast. So far I've enjoyed as a hamburger bun and an egg sandwich (as I have a small tolerance for organic cage free eggs). Even though I still have a package of mix left, I just bought 2 more.

Love this!
After being on the AIP diet for 2 years, I was craving something "normal". Although it takes some time to make these, they are so worth it. After baking these, I toasted them and then put on some ghee and I felt like I was eating a regular bagel. I sprinkled them with salt, onion powder and garlic powder and it was just like an everything bagel.

Good taste, no rise
We are doing AIP and these were a really good bread option. They don’t rise and really make a bagel but they would make a great pizza crust or flatbread...

surprise, tastes like a bagel
If you follow the recipe exactly, it tastes very similar to a regular bagel, just denser. It will stick to the pan or any parchment paper, use oil liberally to grease either.

Really good!
Yummy! Made them for the first time and even my husband said they’re awesome. Smaller than a typical bagel, but so good!

They are a great AIP substitute.
They are slightly sweet. I was able to keep them in the fridge for 2 weeks. If you put them in the microwave for 30 seconds they soften back up. Great with a jelly or butter.
